Baggins Original Hi Cauliflower Alley Club Your Ugly Mug CACUM
Your ugly mug? We’re just teasing....we know your mug’s pretty good-lookin’, and it’ll look great reproduced on the outer side of this one-of-a-kind shoe, right between midget star Sky Low Low and World Heavyweight Champion Harley Race. And the price is right: just $9.5.0 / 99 more than the non-personalized shoe.Just e-mail us a sharp, clear waist-up or head-and-shoulders photo of yourself – or perhaps a big wrestling fan in your circle that you’d like to surprise – and we’ll do the rest. The photo should be in the JPG format for best reproduction, and can be sent separately to [email protected] along with your name and order number so we can link it to your order. The Cauliflower Alley Club is a 50-year old institution, dedicated to maintaining the ties that bind the men and women of professional wrestling and providing a measure of assistance for them when events beyond their control cause them financial hardship. The Club’s modest membership dues, coupled with the proceeds of its annual reunion and associated events in Las Vegas each spring, maintain the CAC Benevolent Fund which provides this assistance. In recognition of the Club’s upcoming 50th anniversary reunion, and to serve as an extra fund-raiser for the Benevolent Fund, CAC has designed this one-of-a-kind, limited edition Converse athletic shoe. It portrays a number of the major names in professional wrestling from past decades: lady grappler Penny Banner, tag team monarchs Mad Dog and Butcher Vachon, world champion Harley Race, midget king Sky Low Low, and more. A gallery of the CAC presidents is there: Iron Mike Mazurki, the Club’s founder, Lou Thesz, Red Bastien, Nick Bockwinkel and Brian Blair, worldwide main event stars all. Major wrestling venues, New York’s Madison Square Garden and St. Louis’s Kiel Auditorium, are pictured. You likely won’t wear these every day, but what a fantastic conversation-starter for that special event that comes along now and then. And by the way, what better ‘special event’ than the 50th anniversary edition of the Cauliflower Alley Club reunion, April 12-15, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada? Check out the website, www.caulifloweralleyclub.org for full information on this huge event that will draw wrestling’s big names from far and wide.
